Founded in 2009 and focused on real estate, specialty finance, and real asset investing, Paragon Outcomes Management LLC is a SEC-registered private investment firm based in New York City. Paragon manages capital through fully discretionary commingled vehicles that affords us a significant level of flexibility in our investment approach.
Paragon’s mandate is focused on capital preservation and consistent yield with the potential for long-term appreciation. We have the flexibility to invest across the capital structure and typically invest with or lend to competitively-advantaged, vertically-integrated, operating partners and borrowers.
